Slow service

<p>Not very happy with this service. Placed at order at 18h00 on Saturday evening, called at 19h10 to find out why it was taking so long and lady taking calls tells me they have no drivers and that my order will take another 40 minutes or so. I used the app to place my order as it is convenient. This required upfront payment which is fine, but it's not okay to wait 2 hours for a pizza. If debonairs is going to offer the ordering and delivering from an app service, at least tell your customer that it is going to take 2 hours before you just take there money. I love debonairs but I'm not a happy customer and would not use this branch ever again! Oh and to top it off, the drover forgot to pack to Pop Itz.</p>
