Slow and incompletw order delivered. 😡

I placed an order at debonairs pizza Atteridgeville at 17h38. At 18h06 they called me to say one of the items i ordered they didn't have. Malva pudding and they asked to replace it with death by chocolate. I agreed.

19h24 i called to track my order and the call got cut off. 19h39 they called back and said my order is on its way and apologized for delay.

19h49 order arrived, no mulva pudding and no death by chocolate that they offered to replace with.

I called twice and was told a manager will call me back. The last consultant name i took down because i now was frustrated and didn't trust id get help. His name is bokang and despise me explaining my frustration to him and him reassuring it will be sorted,a manager will call me and my desert delivered.

Its now 21h41 and i still dont have my desert.
