Slice missing and no compensation

<p>So I ordered a pizza from debonairs a few weeks ago and they cheated me out of a slice of pizza. Below is the complaint I sent in on the 22nd of October: </p> <p>Hi I picked my order today and I have a complaint. I ordered the large BBQ and my pizza measured only 28cm across. Now it says the large is 30cm across. So lets do some maths. <br />Area of a circle is calculated as follows <br />A= Pi multip**** by radius squared. The radius of a 30cm pizza is 15cm whilst the radius of a pizza with a diameter of 28cm is 14cm. The area for the two different sizes is 706.86 square centimeters and 615.75 square centimetres. Ok, so i payed for a pizza with an area of 706.86 square centimetres and received a pizza with an area of 615.75 square centimetres. So that missing 2cm is starting to look a bit bigger? 91.11 square centimetres bigger to be exact. Now, lets put this in perspective, 91.11 (the part I did not receive) is about 13 percent of 706.86. Thus I only received 87 percent of the pizza for 100 percent of the money. Now, check this out, a large pizza is usually sliced into 8 pieces. Lets take one pizza (100%) and devide it up into 8. One slice of pizza is 12.5 % of the whole pizza. Thus I could just as well have received a pizza with slice missing. Now that would be ridiculous right? I hope you see why I am upset over 2 cm. <br />Please advise</p> <p>The team responded by saying they will follow up and still nothing has happened. Few days ago I received an sms saying my case was resolved. Resolved how? They made no contact with me whatsoever. So I phoned up customer care and said that I am still not happy. The lady, called Gina said she will escalate the matter and that was 10 days ago. As proof I did attach photos of the pizza with a ruler. It is absolutely ridiculous.</p>
