Sky City Mall Debonairs no delivery, poor customer service

Debonairs Sky City Mall did not deliver my order. It has been 3 hours and no communication whatsoever. Their call center did not help either and the franchise has no direct line so they say. Whoever manages that place needs to be fired or they should let go of the delivery service
