Since when does Debonairs Mall of Africa close at 20:35??

I had just knocked off on the 26th of March at 20:35. I wanted to place an order at Debonairs Mall of Africa, of literally 2 small pizzas, before I could even do so a lady tells me that they are closed, I pleaded with her informing her that I just need 2 small pizzas, she then asked the chef at the back if it would be possible and he agreed. The cashier wasted no time, asked him what is he doing it’s closed they are cashing up. Out of shock I said to the cashier, “ma’am but you guys close at 9” and she told me that they close at 20:45 and that by 21:00 they need to have left already, with an attitude at that. I was in disbelief, this I have never heard before. Since when does Debonairs stop trading at 20:35?? The cashiers were literally cashing up!! I was surprised and in disbelief. What terrible service!! I didn’t want to cause a scene so I left and took my money elsewhere, I will never spend my money there again if customer satisfaction is not a priority. Debonairs, take a good look at the kind of service your people are giving customers please.
