Simply no customer care
I experienced bad service from Debonaires Pizza Faerie Glen branch about a month ago. This is my third report on Hellopeter since then. Even sent 3 emails to Debonaires customer care. I was not contacted once, because Debonaires Pizza head office or Faerie Glen brannch does not even bother or care to contact me. I got a sms from Debonaires last week to say that they cant reach me, and the case is marked as resolved. Eay to send me a sms, but can not send me an email or phone me!!!!PATHETIC DONT CARE DEBONAIRES PIZZA. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST AT ALL, AND BAD BAD SERVICE. YOU JUST MADE MY MINOR COMPLAINT A HUGE COMPLAINT. PEOPLE BEWARE, STAY AWAY FROM DEBONAIRES PIZZA!! I demand that senior management must contact me. Thank you!
