Shut Down The Chain

This chain is an absolute disappointment. I've been waiting for two hours for an order.

I've called and was told my food would arrive within the hour. The store has now closed and my store has still noy arrived.

I would honestly prefer a refund at this point. The South Gate branch should be shut down as time management doesn't exist among staff members.
