Shocking Treatment

I walked into Debonairs Rosettenville on Thursday the 21st July to buy a Pizza. On my way out of the store, I was almost run over by the Debonairs delivery guy, speeding on the pavement. I just managed to get out of his way, escaping serious injury however I s****ped my arm quite badly on the door when I stepped backed. The driver got off his bike and stared at me angrily when I asked why was he so reckless, especially whilst driving on the pavement. He came up to me in a very aggressive manner staring at me almost in my face. I walked back into the store and spoke to the store manager who demanded the driver to apologise. The driver refused and kept staring at me, the manager asked him again to apologise and stop staring and he refused to do both. I then called the Debonairs customer care line and explained to the agent my situation as well as the drivers behaviour. I was told that the matter will be addressed by the store owner and I will be contacted to resolve the issue, till now I have heard nothing from the store owner or from Debonairs management regarding this humiliating experience. I am totally shocked by the lack of concern from Debonairs, this driver is not only aggressive but needlessly wreckless and an endangerment to the public.
