Good day Shocking service I have ever received from Debonairs . I called today at around 20:00 to place an order and I spoke to an agent by the name of Yoleka Magamane from your call centre who took my order and promised that it will be delivered in the next 30-40 mins to address in Parktown . 40mins later I called to follow up on my order as per your website you close at 21:00 then I spoke to another agent by the name of Nokhukhanya Nyawosa who confirmed to me that they has been an error with my order it was sent to the incorrect store (Johannesburg CBD) then she was very rude shouted at me when I requested a solution. After long argument between me and Nokukhanya she finally called the manager by the name of Nonkululeko Zungu who failed to assist me and advised that I will receive a call from the store manager tomorrow “LOL” how crazy is that as I needed the Pizza today.
