Shocking service from Debonairs Glenfair delivery

I had an important training with clients today over lunch time. I went to Debonairs pizza Glenfair yesterday to place the order and paid. I gave them the delivery address and emphasized to them that the delivery should be no later then 12:45.<br> I even phoned today to confirm my order. By 12:45 I had no delivery, when I phoned, the manager, Chaka said that the driver is on his way.<br> By 13:45 I still had no order, the driver got lost and could not find the address in Atterbury .It's only the next offramp from Lynnwood from Glenfair Debonairs. I think that's pathetic, the drivers should know their delivery area. They phoned to ask if I received my order, then they started with a new order and send another driver ( which I had to give directions telephonically first). I received the order only by 13:10, by that time my training was finish and I had to leave the client for a next appointment. <br> I never felt so embarrassed infront of clients
