Shocking service from Debonairs.

On Friday 21/08/20 I had the worst experience with debonairs ever. I ordered 3 on the triple deals ( 9 pizzas) After an hour I'm told there is no record of the order and I'll be put through to the manager which never comes to the phone. I try again and same response and same result. I try a 3rd time and the response was to press 2 for queries and hung up. By then the order was delivered only to find that after serving these pizzas to my guests that the order is wrong. Naturally I call again explaining the issue, I'm told to hold on for the team leader which again never came on the line. What kind of service is this supposed to be?
