Shocking Service

Hello, so this evening I placed my order and it was submitted to the Goodwood branch at 18:23 PM. It is now 20:14 and I am still waiting for the main part of my order. The driver first arrived at around 19:40 (more than an hour later) only with the side order - a garlic and cheese focaccia and without the on the double. He then said that he may have left it at the store and would go and fetch it. At 20:08 I get a call from the driver stating that they're busy making it and they will deliver it soon. When I asked how long it was going to take, he then seemed to be talking to someone in the background and this continued for a few minutes until I eventually hung up. My order is nearly 2 hours late and my kids have still not had their supper. Shocking service!!
