SHOCKING SERVICE DEBONAIRS PINESLOPPES

Never in my entire life have I experienced such shocking service.

I placed an order on thw App with Pinesloppes. The order was accepted, then i was advised the delivery was on its way. I tracked the driver as it was taking too long. I saw he was no where near me, so i called the shop. To be told the driver has the order and it is with other orders and it take upto an hour for delivery. I said the app does not show that.

I then advised that if my order takes an 1 for delivery then the food will be cold. I was told if the food is cold, I can phone the branch and the driver can take the order back and i can re order, but it will take another hour for delivery. I asked to speak to the manager, who I was told was busy.

Well the driver arrived over an hour later, food cold, I advised the driver who laughed and said maybe next time it will arrive warm!

I have now removed the debonairs app You have lost a customer, clearly you have enough customers and dont need me.

Shocking service!!!!
