Shocking Service and Negligence from Debonairs Walmer

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Debonairs Walmer. On August 23, 2024, I placed an order through the Debonairs app at 8 PM. Not only did my order never arrive, but I also received zero communication from the store regarding any delays or issues.

After waiting for two hours, the delivery driver called, asking for my location—despite the fact that I had already provided my address in the app. The driver then decided to return to the restaurant without delivering my order, and when I tried to contact him, his phone was on voicemail. I called the restaurant directly, only to be told they couldn't even find my order.

I have since attempted to follow up, but to this day, there has been no response or resolution from Debonairs Walmer. My order was never delivered, and I have received neither a refund nor an apology for the inconvenience caused.

This level of negligence is unacceptable and falls far below the standards one would expect from a well-known brand like Debonairs. I’m appalled by the lack of customer service and communication, and I strongly urge others to reconsider before placing an order with Debonairs Walmer.

I’m still waiting for a refund and a voucher as compensation for this ordeal. This situation has left a very bad taste in my mouth—quite literally, since the meal never arrived.
