Shocking service and lies from debonairs

<p>On Friday 11 November i ordered 2 pizzas on the mobile app for collection. I went to the store and collected. When i got home i noticed i got a different pizza than i oredered. I phoned the store in Elarduspark and spoke to the manager. He insisted they will send me a new pizza as soon as possible. This was at 20:00 and i waited till around 21:00 when I phoned again and the manager confirmed that his driver just arrived and is sending him out to me immediately. At 22:00 i decided to drive to the store. I reached the store just before closing and saw both drivers in the store with the manager ready to lock up. And i was told the drivers could not deliver in the weather. Well i feel if i was told that earlier i would not have wasted my time waiting for a pizza. And if i did not drive out i would never have received anything. I feel this is very poor service from one of the most experienced pizza places. I hope you take my complaint serious as this made me feel i do not want to buy from Debonairs again.</p>
