Shocking service

Debonairs Pizza Melrose Arch branch must close down. I placed my order and received confirmation that it was received. The driver called and confirmed that he was leaving the branch and I should be outside in 10 minutes. I didn't understand if he didn't have airtime for me to wait in the cold. I went outside after 10 minutes, again after 5 minutes and the driver was no show. I eventually called the branch and explained but the lady Phindile/ Zanele advised that they based at the call center therefore they will transfer me to the branch. But before she could transfer me she shout and asked her colleague to take the call. Eventually the call got cut as it was ringing without anyone answering. I called again and again the girl at "call center " answered and you could hear that she was holding in laughter as she advised she is transferring me to the branch again. They cut the call again and I tried again and they just cut the call.

What is so sad is that people who have jobs don't value them while so people will do anything to be in their position. The level of Unproffesionalism Is shocking. Do yourself a favour and shut down, save us from the pathetic service. It draining to deal with people who have zero common sense. If you can't provide service you simply speak up. Why must I call so many times to get answers from you
