Shocking service
Whist placing an order, attended by staff who clearly don't belong in the service industry and equally are trashing your brand.. Swearing at clients under their breath and pointing middle fingers at one another in front of customers. Generally a very poor reflection of your good brand , best you do something failing which you won't have one. disappointed
