shocking service

I went into debonairs at carnival mall on Saturday and ordered pizza little did I know that I was going to regret doing just that. I waited for 40 minutes in the store without getting my order I then decided to approach the ladies at the counter to find out why my order was taking so long and they had no idea....all along I was seated right in front of them. one of the ladies went to the back to check on my order only to come back and tell me that its still in the oven and I have to wait for 10-15 more minutes. surely when I placed the order someone should have told me that its going to take 50 minutes for me to get the food then I would have made a decision to wait or not. never again will I put myself through that and the fact that the ladies there didn't even pretend to care nor understand my frustration just made it worse.
