Shocking service

I ordered Pizza yesterday and got confirmation at 16H30 to say my order has been received. I waited for the Pizza then in an Hour I received a call to ask for my address I gave it to them, the next hour I called to find out what is happening and I was told that the Pizza is still in the shop and they apologies for the delay(my airtime, my effort) then they told me it will come in 20 minutes, at exactly 19H30 I received the pizza that is dry and been in a warmer for three hours. It was not nice at all. My kids only ate because they were too hungry .This is a shocking service indeed.
