Shocking service

After being a client for more than 10 years, i received THE worst service on friday the 24th. 1st i ordered the morning at 11. My pizza finally came at 1, ice cold and the driver didnt have the change i requested. Later that same day, i again ordered online and paid it as well as i was not home and the food was for my kids and their friends at home. When it finally came, the pizzas was all wrong (laced with chillies l, every one of the 6 that arrived) and the 7th pizza, a meaty crammed decker, wasnt delivered. Half an hour after that i was at home and called customer care. They would follow up.... Its monday now and STILL nothing. Debonairs pizza STOLE my money and laced those pizzas that did arrive. My daughter took a bite out of her 3 cheeses and almost died. She CANT eat any spicy food because af a health problem. Who expects that much chillies on a 3 cheeses??? It looked like tomatoes. I WILL send you her drs bill and i WANT Replacement pizzas AND my money back. I dont care what it cost but i WILL lay a ******** charge against you if you dont comply. You STOLE from me. Give me back my money, you *********.
