Shocking Service!

<p>I ordered online at 7:25pm. My ordered had still not been delivered at 8:45pm. When I called to follow up, there were able to greet me by name. They proceeded to tell me that they were not taking online orders due to a broken oven which happened at 5pm. </p> <p> </p> <p>How is it possible to greet by name, but not have anyone bother to call me as soon as the order was received and advise me of the problem? I was passed onto 2 other staff members when I started asking questions about my order(who were clearing sharing the same phone because I could hear the same background noise) The 3rd staff member was eventually a manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>He apologised for the problem but continued to divulge company information that I did not need to know as a customer. He then asked if he could deliver my pizzas the next day because they were closing in a few minutes. The next day?! Sure you can deliver the next day, but I won't pay a cent for the order.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say, no pizzas were delivered and not another word was received from the manager.</p>
