Shocking sercive

On Saturday the 19th of December We ordered Pizza from debonairs in the late hours right before they closed,I think we were probably the last clients for the day as we called for delivery round about 08:20PM, nevertheless our order was taken and they promised to deliver within 20minutes,we had order a three layer pizza with chicken and cream and we then waited for the driver to arrive during that 20minutes as promised, we waited for a whole 30minutes from the driver to arrive and we then decided that since its late the drive could be lost so we would wait outside just in case we saw him, as we we went outside we looked down the street and the driver indeed was lost, so we decided to whistle so he could see us,he then gave us the pizza but the shock we had as we opened the pizza left us gob smacked,the pizza had no chicken on the one layer and on the other layer it was so dry.

I myself was not shocked since I have been exposed to the hospitality industry and I know how frustrating it can be for a client to make orders right before we close, but for these guys to decide not to put any chicken on the pizza was a shock of my life.

So my brothers decided to eat the pizza as they were hungry and had no other choice since Mr D could not deliver in our Area so as to have more options

All I can say is that this was so disrespectful for the staff to treat us the way they did regardless of the fact that our order was probably the last one for they day
