Shocking pizza Shocking Manager Behaviour

I ordered a club pizza extra cheese and the pizza came 45 min later cold and looking like something the cat dragged in. Not only was it extremely soft and it had a half of a tin of tomato paste on it while I ordered no tomato as we are allergic to the paste I spoken to the manager who was extremely rude she could not find my number and told me that I did not order the pizza with this shop she just put the phone down on my ear and i had to phone again and the operator confirmed my order she then spoke to the manager and the manager phoned me back told me to take a photo of the pizza told me that was what I ordered and to get lost....I explained that she needs to look at the photo more closely and see all the tomato Base and she told me that there was no instruction to take off the tomoto and so she is not going to change the pizza and then businesses wonder why are they loosing money and going down it is because it is managers like this that gives the companies bad names I dare them go back in history and go and look I have supported them through thick and thin but I will inform all van riebeeck residents and birchleigh terrenure and birch acres including norkem that is on my group totalling 367 members NEVER to support them ever again and see how long they will last
