Shocking Discriminatory practices

I called in to order food on Tuesday 19 January 2016 from the Debonairs Pizza situated in Alexandra Pan Africa Mall only to be told that they don't deliver in Alexandra. Now this was shocking to me as the person who answered couldn't give me a valid reason why this is so . The darn restaurant is situated in ALEX so how can they not DELIVER to its residents??. This is unacceptable and I will tell people to rather not support this establishment if this is the way they conduct business.
