shocking customer service
Ordering was a mission as I had to ask her to repeat everything as she did not speak clearly. Upon delivery we had a problem with our connection to security and could not open the gate so my husband went to the gate to do transaction there. I then received a call from the driver who was extremely rude and proceeded to give me a mouth full because he had been there too long - he had arrived 10 mins after the quoted 45 mins!!!! He was then also very rude and raised his voice to my husband. He was dam lucky he still got his tip. Then I open the box for the Chicken and Avo Rustic and surprise, surprise NO AVO! !! Order number 295. Totally unimpressed as this is a second bad experience from same store. Will definitely not use again.
