Shocked for days

I was trying to place an order with Debonairs Pizza Randburg City and I spoke to Lydia who was very rude. She asked if I wanted a single, double or triple layer and I responded by saying I don`t wan`t any extras just a single pizza. She was busy arguing with me that it`s not an extra she`s asking if I want a single or double to the point that I had to disconnect the call cause she was just acting dumb. I mean I am a Debonairs ***** and I know that as an extra so please do attend to this issue because I see that she still needs more training. Please do correct me if I am wrong........ but from what I know is that there is an additional costs if you order a double or triple layer. I was really upset as I have never received such a terrible service.
