This was from yesterday:

I ordered from the debonairs engen in parktown at 14:48,driver calls me at past 16:00 and he was lost, I got my order @16:27, the pizza was cold, and the driver was busy asking me why I didn't order from a near debonairs, I do not know JHB that well, so it's not my fault that the website gave me options near to me and I chose them, they should have not accepted my order then. My address is Hallmark house on 54 Siemert Road if you need to check my order and the time I ordered online, and when I received it. I don't understand why I had to pay for a late delivery and for a cold pizza as well. You service and the driver ls attitude sucks! Change! I will definitely be spreading the word about this! I'll go to twitter even!

You send out the same response to all the customers that have complained, i guess you guys do not really take into consideration what our problems are, it's like you copy and paste, i got a call from the guy @ the debonairs engen in parktown, all he did was apologize, i still do not understand why i had to pay for cold food, don't you guys tell us that if the pizza is cold, it should be free? false advertising as well, trust that i will be voicing this out everywhere on social media!
