****ty ****ty serivice

On the 30th of March 2019 I was at Debonairs Pizza Menlyn mall and we were on our lunch break which is only an hour long. We decided to go buy pizza and we had a horrible experience. We placed our order at 15:20 and we only got our order at 16:05. 20 orders that were after mine came out and when we asked what was happening we either got a rude reply or they just ignored us completely. I waited patiently because I know how it is to work under pressure but I mean that’s no excuse for that type of bull**** service. I went on to complain again because at the time our lunch break was over and I asked the one waitress or cashier who’s name is Lebo to give me my money back she then rudely said “it’s coming” we the asked her what took her so long and she had the nerve to say that she didn’t know. What kind of bull**** is “I don’t know” when you are serving a customer. She must be dealt with because the is pure incompetence and plain right ****ty service. Worse part they where busy arguing amongst themselves infront of us as customers it’s frustrating, they don’t work good together, I work with customers and we as colleagues we don’t argue infront of customers ever.
