****tiest service ever
Cosmo city mall debonairs has failed us in over 3 occasions when we called in and placed an order around 19:00 but received the pizza after 21:00 to 21:30. Worse the pizza arrived cold and squashed with all the toping sticking on the box lid. No communication, apologies or remorse shown by the franchise to prove that it's ran by ungrateful individuals that careless about the so called customer service...
