Shell Newclare Debonairs Pizza - PATHETIC SERVICE, RUDE AND ARROGANT!

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had with Debonairs! I will never order from this store ever again! I was made to feel *********** and stupid by the staff of this store. I placed an online order for delivery on 24 January 2024 for 1 family feast and requested that one of the meat triple decker pizzas had the added crammed crust. Once the pizza arrived this order was not fulfilled. When I called the store I was told to send pictures of the pizza which of course I did and was called back and told the sausage was UNDER the pizza. Now I am not stupid nor am i blind and I know what sausage looks like!!! I wasted an additionalR56 adding the crammed crust only for the rude and arrogant staff of Newclare to tell me differently! This service is pathetic and simply unacceptable! The general attitude in the newclare store is terrible to say the least. The staff in the store are rude and have poor customer service! It's sad that this is how regular customers are treated!

I will rather order del forno or even romans for that matter before ordering from debonairs ever again!
