She was rude

Yesterday i sent one staff member to go buy me a standard meaty triple decker but she came back with a wrong pizza she came back ka standard something meaty.<br> <br> So i tell her its a wrong pizza she must take it back when she gets there she calls me to speak with the cashier nd they telling me they dont sell a standard triple decker<br> <br> So i ask them if they explained/told her that they dnt sell the standard triple decker nd they said no but she also didnt know what to buy so i tell them to exchange the pizza nd give me a large one instead nd they said no.<br> <br> I called their customer service nd they took it up with the store manager - she called me nd she said there is no way that they can change the pizza i must just eat it like that because its my mistake for sending the person who does nt know the pizza nd that there is nothing they can do about no refund no exchange - i can take it up with the head office she doesnt care.<br> <br> The only solution to this was to share the cost nd i dont knw how.<br> <br>
