Shameful Debonairs Pizza Kensington

Worst experience, I placed an order at 6pm on 28 June 2020 and I'm still awaiting my order, I called several times to follow up on delivery and was promised that they will get back to me spoke to 3 different people and no one contacted me to let me know what was the delay or problem with my order that was placed. I'm utterly disappointed with the customer service received because this is not the first time that I have received such bad service from Debonairs Pizza, I cannot understand how poorly you run this business and show such lack of customer support and service very shameful.
