Shame on you Debonairs, my guest left without enjoying their pizzas I invited them for!!!!!

I placed an order via the Debonairs App on my phone Friday 28 September 2018 at 19:31. I phoned them at 20:30 to follow up on my order. The lady (I did not get her name) said to me another 30 minutes. I phoned again at 21:11 no answer, 21:55 no answer. I sent an email at 22:02 (no response to date) The delivery guy came at 22:10. I only excepted part of the order for my husband as my guest that I invited for a pizza evening, left without eating. Shame on you Debonairs!!! Oh yes, thank you for responding to my complaint I logged on you website yesterday (01 October)
