Shame on Debonairs

Debonnairs swiped my card twice on 20th November 2022 for an order of R216.50. They eventually fulfilled their promise to refund and deposited cash into my account. Bank charged a cash deposit fee of R88.55 (40% of my purchase!). The Manager no longer responds to my messages and the customer care system of Debonnairs .. well i challenge anyone to type a complaint .. They just dont care about their error!
