Placed my order at 19:05 for my kids and i called the call center after 1:30 to follow up and the agent wanted me to hold again, then the order was taken out of the system at 7:50 as i received an sms saying the order is delivered but only delivered at 8:50pm very cold and my kids was already in bed.
