Service sucks

I bought 10 mini pizza online on Thursday. I placed the order just after three and i set it to be ready by 17:15. I left home at 17:15 because two times before when I arrived at this store my order was not ready yet! I got there 17:30 and just to find out my order is still not ready. They were not even busy, because that I can understand. Previous time I logged a complaint on the debonairs website and until no I still do not have any feedback. I think this service is poor and why use online at all if it does not work. I am very disgusted. The lady when I arrived told me mam they only started with your order at 17:17, so what is the use of ordering at all online. The manages said sorry and that was it, three time before this was also the comeback sorry, but I dont feel it makes up for the experience at all. What is the use of supporting a company that does not care about their clients.
