Service not rendered

Placed my order around 13:30 at protea Glen mall. I did not get my order. I called no answer, no communication to say what's wrong. I don't even know what to call this because no service was rendered. Pathetic!!! This is really uncalled for, I made the payment using me card. Now I will have to get calling for repayment. Like really??? I'm beyond disappointed!!
