Service is poor

Good Day on Friday i went to Protea Gardens (Soweto ) to buy my Family a Pizza at Debonairs the service i received was poor i Bought the Pizza at 18:40 but by 19:35 that's when i received my Pizza after i complained to the manager Tebogo about the service to wait almost an hour for a pizza and when i asked the manager what was the problem he said they are having Stove problems but i asked him no one told me as a customer and service was just poor
