Service has deteriorated

Placed my order more than 2 hours ago and still waiting for delivery, i was told that the driver left an hour ago and he still hasn't arrived, i phoned a second time and then I am told that the order was delayed because it was placed online, surely the delay would have been picked up the first time my order was checked.

Debonairs has dropped its standards drastically.
