*********** service from Debonairs Pizza Kinako Mall

On the 23rd of January this year, at 12H48 I placed an online order *** and collection time was 14H15 same day at Debonairs Kinako Mall for my lunch at work. I drove to then arriving exactly at 14H15 only to find my order was not prepared no explanation from the staff. I asked them, their answer was we are going to do it now. What about the collection time placed on my order? I have escalated the matter to the corporate department to me understand the online processes. Up until now there is no feedback. Below par service they offer. I'm changing to Roman's who may be better than this we being offered. 😡😡😡😡
