Debonairs Alex mall has the worst possible service ever... between their delivery, customer service and phone etiquette... according to my online order my pizza has been delivered and 20 min later I’m still not in possession of my pizza... called the restaurant and spoke to one of the most rudest guys who chose to keep the line open but put the phone on the side without responding to ANY of my questions... according to their the onli complaint process my complaint will only be dealt with within one business day which will most likely be never...
