Service bad from the top
Last Friday, I made an order online fir pick up. When I got to the store 15 minutes later, my order hadn't been prepared yet. So I cancelled my order. No one apologised and the manager didn't even want to come to the front of the store to speak to me. So I called and messaged the store, as per his request in a situation where I wasn't satisfied. He apologised and assured me to have the issue sorted on his return from a conference on Monday. Today is Friday and even after messaging him numerous times I still don't have feedback. His last words on the 28th of February, \I am sorry I am on conference entire weekend , I will revert back on Monday\"."
