service and product lacking

<p>On 20/3/2017 i placed an order online, they asked for what time it should be ready and i indicated 17:45. after placing my order i relized i had made an error on one pizza so i imediatly called the store and asked the attendent to rectify the order. they indicated that they would do so and gave me my total owing. when i went to collect my order 40 min later it had not been started as yet so i ended up waiting 20 min more.</p> <p>And only then was i informed that my whole order is not compleet as they are out of stock on some items. so i was given what remaind of my order. had i not checked it before leaving i would have even then gotten the wrong order. so i told the attendent and they then swaped out the pizza that had been wrong.</p> <p> </p> <p>On arival home we plated up and i noticed that the one pizza that i had asked for ekstra topping infact did not look like ekstra it looked like just the normal amount.(5 Sausages) but i paid for extra topping. further more the pizza bases on both pizzas was not crispy as you say your bases are, both seemed rather chewy as if not baked corectly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm very dissipointed in the sevice and the product</p>
