Service and Attitude of the Manager spoils my day.

<p>Today I decided to thank you family to debonairs pizza, a friend of mine told me to down load the online app, from playstore and the first order is discounted by 50%, so my wife downloads the app but we ran into trouble, I called the store but the manager was out , left message to call back, waited , no reply , drove to the store at abt 5.30 pm, and asked the store to help with placing the on line order, one person helped, placed the order but the order went through as normal price R335,60 , not discounted , and this is after one of the staff helped us, The first order went throught abt 6.10 pm. They wanted us to pay normal price , so we called the manager (thobele) and asked her what was going on , she rep**** " there is nothing I can do , its online and got nothing to do with the store". But I told her that you are the manager , you supposed to assist the customer, after insisting that she call and ask another branch, she did , the new lands west branch , they told her to tell us that she can't do anything. I told her thay she was the manager and could take a decision to help the customer as my kids were waiting at home for the supper, she refused, and whilst we were talking to her she clicked the tongue and walked away in front of all the customers, we felt so embarrassed , everyone was starring at us , she then refused to look at us and carried on her job. I call your customer service for help, and she spoke to Thobele the manager and explained to her who she needs to contact to assist me and to resolve the issue as I was still in the store. The lady from the customer service also apologized for the managers behaviour and told me that she should have known what to do. I waited & waited for help , they could not get in touch with the relevant people, Thobele then called the lady from the store fish always next door to phone the contact centre, the lady from fish always not knowing the situation , tells me that the store does not know abt the 50% discount, trying to lie to me, so I told her you don't know what you taking abt, asks the manager, finally they got through and the contact centre helped me , all that was needed was a voucher no. Its unbelievable that debonairs runs specials and don't train the staff , the manager was so rude that my wife was so embarrassed, she waited outside, no people s****s, not customer friendly at all, what training do they go for, what happed to the customer comes first, they told us that they stopped deliveries, but the debonairs bikes were driving all over, is this how a big store like debonairs treats customers. The manager actually knew nothing or pretended not to care. They only gave me my order at 7.24 pm , no thankyou no sorry, by the time I went home the kids eat cold supper after 8.00 pm. I was waiting from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm just for your pizza. Very disappointed customer. ( when you download the app directly from play store and not your web page it does not tell you abt a voucher no). All that happed and transpired can be viewed on the camera system I'm sure.</p>
