**** Service

I'm completely disgusted in the service I have recieved from the staff at the branch on the c/o Tokia rd & Main rd Tokia, Its the third time I have recieved very bad service, I would'nt advise anybody to go there as its bad, the first time I got told they very busy & they ran out of an ingredient that was needed for the pizza I wanted & I ended up waiting 35 min where the waiting time surpose to be 15 min, the second time my order was wrong but I only noticed it when I got home as It was a family meal that was for supper, this third time which happened Friday 15th October 2021 is when I got told the order will take 15 min I then told them that I will pay when I get my order another lady then told the casher to ring it up as a pick up order as she insisted I pay first, my order was then rung up as a pickup, I waited 20 min and got very frustrated as there were customers coming in way after me & getting there orders way before me, and when I asked the ladys at the counter about my order they scratched around and conveniently found my order laying in a fridge still waiting to be baked, right there I lost my cool & informed them I would be reviewing that place & its really **** service and I truelly hope the owner of this branch reads this review & do something about it cos I'm planning on putting it on Facebook aswell.
