Served/delivered a pizza that was not fully baked.

My cousins and I put money together to buy pizza as our dinner. We made our order Online for a delivery. When our pizza arrived it was white, dough white. I thought maybe that’s how it was supposed to be because we all never purchased it and it was going to be our first time to try it. When we tried it we then realized that it was not fully ****ed/baked. We could taste the dough. We then decided not to eat the pizza and to just eat the crammed cheese grillers because we feared it would upset our stomachs. We are definitely not happy with the dough that they served us. Did the person who was baking it not see that it was still WHITE and raw? How do you serve a customer pizza seeing that it did not fully bake? I’m angry!
