Second time the same shop does not deliver on order placed

I placed an order at 19:42 on Friday 25 Aug 2017 and it is currently 21:21 and i have not received my food. I have phoned the shop exactly at 20:40 and was told that my food is out for delivery. I phoned again at 21:00 and asked for the manager. He phoned me back and said I should phone back in 10min if the food still has not arrived. When I tried phoning back the shop was closed. So I never got my food. This is the second time this same shop has done this where they just never deliver and the manager just says He cannot get hold of the driver. The is pathetic
