Last Saturday evening I ordered a delivery that included a 2l drink despite that l was charged for it but never got it.As if not enough i sent my daughter to collect the order downstairs but was not given any slip for my order and she was not given any change .I was really shocked to find that debonaires is a hub of *******.I called the shop thinking its a mistake but the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and even refused to tell me her name.Later i got to speak to George who promised to call me the next day but it seems he is part of the ********.l wonder how many customers are ****med like this on a daily basis.
