Debonairs Pizza Ya Rona Centre is ******** customers. This is the 12th complaint which is never attended to. I am hereby formally lodging a serious concern around this *******. You are running your franchise like its a ****a shop. The franchise owner phoned me last time to assure that this hiccups will never happen again. I will be escalating this to the ombudsman and the competition commision. I am willing to take this on. The store manager by the way is a piece of work, I phoned her to lay a complain, as usual, she makes this all about the driver. Like ***? So I ordered a pizza with extra bacon, I paid for the cold pizza without a bacon, and worst, the store did not dispatch thr wings. I waited for an hour once again.
