Sam Ntuli Debonairs poor service
Poor service from debonair pizza sam.ntuli mall, ordered a pizza over an hour ago, and can't even track it coz their tracking site is always offline and not working!!!
They don't even try to call to keep us updated, it's such a pathetic service!! When the pizza get here are so cold!!! And dry!!!!

20 Sept 2024, 20:14I placed an order at 18:34, at 20:12 I called to ask follow up on the order, I get told they don't have drivers and I'm supposed to wait a whole 42 minutes, they do not communicate,nothing, whats the use if having the online service if you are going to take more than 3 hours just to get delivery!!! T staff sounds like they don't know their story when you call.
